A sewer utility that is a special district of the state of Colorado and a subdivision of the state of Colorado with the right of taxation and eminent domain. CHSD has no long-term debt and thus, is able to meet all financial commitments the same as the city of Fort Collins, the county of Larimer and the state of Colorado.
Cherry Hills Sanitation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
